Return and refund policy

Return Process:

• Item Condition: Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached.
• Contact us: Before returning an item, please contact us via fabuleuseshop@gmail.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions for the return process.
• You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your items to request a return. However, return requests made after this period will not be accepted. It is important to note that Fabuleuse Shop reserves the right to refuse any return request deemed unreasonable.
• No returns, exchanges or refunds on products benefiting from a promotional offer.
• Returns are only via MONDIAL RELAY.

• Any package that has not been collected from its relay point and returned to us cannot be refunded.

Return fees :

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Refunds:

• Processing Time: Refunds are generally processed within 7 days after receipt of the returned item.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
